Per the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-580-01 Telecommunications Interior Infrastructure Planning and Design: “A/E contractor generated final drawings and specifications for design-bid-build and design-build projects must be stamped by a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).”

BICSI recommends this course, among other study materials, to prepare for the Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) examination.
